Averon Health is classified as a Class I medical device under UK law.
- Registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)
- Complies with the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002
- Maintains formal risk management and safety monitoring processes
- Operates under a documented Quality Management System

Where clinical review services are provided, they are delivered under a service regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). This means:

- Care delivery meets statutory healthcare regulations in England
Data protection — UK GDPR
We are the registered Data Controller for your information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation. We:
