The full assessment again — results side by side, so you see exactly what changed.
The timeline may vary depending on the timings of your assessment and doctor consultation bookings.
Step 01 · Measure your health
See what’s really going on in your body.
Better health starts with knowing where you are today.
A comprehensive health assessment covering all major areas of health. Using over 100 biomarkers, reviewed by a doctor for clinical accuracy, we build a complete baseline of your health, the foundation for everything that follows.
- Covers key areas, including heart health, liver health, hormones and thyroid
- Includes body measurements like blood pressure, BMI and waist-to-hip ratio
- A doctor reviews your test results and benchmarks the findings against your age, medical history and symptoms
What your results mean. Broadly reassuring. The finding worth attention is the enlarged red cell size alongside normal haemoglobin — not anaemia, but it needs an explanation.
What we suggest doing. No medication is indicated. The plan is dietary and activity-based, reviewed at your six-month reassessment.
Step 02 · Understand your health
Understand the bigger picture of your health.
You receive a personalised report detailing your results across every biomarker, along with the doctor’s notes and recommendations.
Every biomarker is included, so you have full visibility, with the areas worth a closer look highlighted clearly. Each recommendation is translated into clear, simple guidance, so you always know exactly what it means and what to do next.
If a prescription or further specialist testing would help, your doctor will recommend it, and we’ll take care of the referral for you.

- Personalised Action Plan, built entirely around your results
- Lifestyle Recommendations, simple and practical
- Medical Care When Needed, direct access to GP consultations and referrals

Day 0 → Month 6 · Illustrative member data
Your reassessment, side by side
Illustrative figures. Your own comparison uses your real results — measured, not assumed.
Step 04 · Measure your progress
See the progress you’re making.
Confidence comes from seeing progress.
The reassessment, after six months, helps you understand what’s changed, what’s working and where to focus next. You’ll see a side by side comparison of your original results, allowing you to measure the impact of the changes you’ve made and refine your plan as your health improves.
Better health is built through measurable progress.
