Better health is a habit. This is where it starts.
Pillar 01 · Measure your health
Better health starts with knowing where you are today.
A comprehensive health assessment covering all major areas of health. Using over 100 biomarkers, reviewed by a doctor for clinical accuracy, we build a complete baseline of your health, the foundation for everything that follows.
A doctor benchmarks every result against your age, history and symptoms.
What your results mean. Broadly reassuring. The finding worth attention is the enlarged red cell size alongside normal haemoglobin — not anaemia, but it needs an explanation.
What we suggest doing. No medication is indicated. The plan is dietary and activity-based, reviewed at your six-month reassessment.
Pillar 02 · Understand your health
You receive a personalised report detailing your results across every biomarker, along with the doctor’s notes and recommendations.
Every biomarker is included, so you have full visibility, with the areas worth a closer look highlighted clearly. Each recommendation is translated into clear, simple guidance, so you always know exactly what it means and what to do next.
If a prescription or further specialist testing would help, your doctor will recommend it, and we’ll take care of the referral for you.
Understanding your health starts with seeing the whole picture.

Pillar 03 · Improve your health
Your assessment becomes a clear, personalised action plan, built for you by the reviewing doctor, detailing exactly which changes will make the biggest difference to your health, now and in the future.
To help you prioritise and follow it in the best way possible, your package includes a doctor’s consultation, so you can dive deeper into your findings, actions and next steps together.
Every recommendation is personalised based on your results.
Turning insight into action is how real health improvement happens.
Weekly targets progress only inside the limits endorsed by your clinician.
Signed by the doctor who reviewed your results.

Illustrative figures. Your own comparison uses your real results — measured, not assumed.
Pillar 04 · Measure your progress
Confidence comes from seeing progress.
The reassessment, after six months, helps you understand what’s changed, what’s working and where to focus next. You’ll see a side by side comparison of your original results, allowing you to measure the impact of the changes you’ve made and refine your plan as your health improves.

Contact usNo. In a test, the journey ends with the results — here it begins. Your assessment is the first stage of a structured journey: measure, understand, improve, then measure your progress. The report, the doctor review, prioritised recommendations and the reassessment are all part of one programme.
A doctor reviews your results, and your report explains what they mean, why they matter and exactly what to do next. Your doctor’s recommendations are ranked by priority — and where something needs clinical attention, the report says so directly.
GPs are excellent at investigating illness, and usually test when something is already wrong. Wellness apps track habits, but aren't clinical. Averon is preventative and clinically led — a comprehensive assessment, real clinical interpretation and an evidence-based plan, designed to work alongside your GP, not replace them.
Your programme includes a second assessment after six months, so improvement is measured rather than assumed. After that, you can reassess annually — or sooner for a specific marker, where your doctor recommends it.
A 30-minute video or phone consultation, booked in the app at a time that suits you. You walk through your results together, agree what to prioritise, and decide any follow-ups — and the outcome is written into your report, so nothing said in the call gets lost. If you want more time with a doctor later, additional consultations can be added.
Between assessments you have your report and your doctor's prioritised recommendations to work from, and your clinical team is a message away. If something needs attention sooner, we arrange the consultation or referral. You can message your clinical team in the app, and after week 12 everything stays open — your tracking, your goals and messaging — while your changes take hold. Paid extras, like an additional consultation or an interim retest of a specific marker, can be added at any point. At month six, the full reassessment shows what changed.

A UK-registered doctor. And no report is released on its first draft — every one passes an independent clinical examination before it reaches you, with the outcome formally recorded.
Your first measurement is just the beginning of your journey to better health.
